Beautiful 4-bedroom villa with private pool. The pool deck offers plenty of space for sun bathing and has a shady area in case you need to cool down. Note that there is currently no pool heater available, but there is a hot tub that can be heated.

The living room offers seating to watch TV. In the front of the villa one finds another seating area and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook just as if you were home. Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. The garage can be used for parking. The large circular driveway allows for several cars to be parked including a trailer with boat.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bath with shower, bath tub and two sinks. The three guest bedrooms comprise of one queen bedroom, and two rooms with two twin beds. The queen bedroom has a bathroom with shower and tub, the twin bedrooms share a hall bathroom with shower.

Guests that stay at least one week can play their first round of golf on 10 of the best courses in the area for only $26 (including green and cart fee)! After that they will receive rebates up to 50% of the normal rate.
